We are approaching the end of the first quarter of 2017 and trust that it has been a successful few months for all Real Pay Users.
Loading client profiles – New contact details fields
Users will now be able to add contact details (e-mail addresses and cellphone numbers) of clients as additional information when creating client profiles on the Real Pay system. See picture below.
We trust that this will be a valued benefit to all Users.
Our Botswana team undertook their national client tour during the first two weeks of March with the focus of their visits being on compliance.
We are glad to report that the trips were highly successful and encourage you to get in touch with your relationship manager if you require any assistance.
Normal Debit Orders
The launch of the Normal Debit Orders (NDOs) in Botswana took place in February at the Lansmore Masa Square Hotel and the outcome was profoundly positive.

- Use strong passwords; do not use obvious combinations such as “password123”
- Change passwords often
- Try to include numbers, symbols, capital letters and lower-case letters
- Establish security practices and policies to protect sensitive information
