The Loerie Youth Centre
SOUTH AFRICA
The Loerie Youth Centre is a children’s home situated in Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng. They provide a safe home and good upbringing to 33 children from difficult backgrounds. They also provide for three students studying at the North-West University (Pukke) who grew up in Loerie and are dependent on the Loerie Trust for all their needs and study fees. The trustees and personnel believe in youth empowerment – assisting the children in their care to become independent adults who are equipped to develop into active, contributing citizens of the world. The Loerie Youth Centre is a Non-Profitable Organisation that receives no subsidy from the state and it has been and still is the loving response from the public that enables the trustees to maintain the Loerie Youth Centre and to be able to provide these kids with their daily needs.
SunRise Trauma Support Centre
SOUTH AFRICA
The SunRise Trauma Support Centre provides practical and emotional support to any individual from the community experiencing any kind of trauma. Trauma support services are provided free of charge by trained volunteers from within the community. They provide trauma assistance ranging from crime-related incidents to trauma experienced due to family-related offences.
Ruach Elohim Foundation

As an extraordinary organisation that offers a “baby box” as a beacon of hope for abandoned infants in Swakopmund, Namibia, their mission resonates deeply with our belief that every child deserves a chance at life and love. The “baby box”, a safe and anonymous space provided by the Ruach Elohim Foundation, stands as a powerful symbol of compassion. In desperate times, it offers mothers a lifeline – a haven where they can place their unwanted infants, knowing they will be cared for and loved. Under the visionary leadership of Ronel, the Ruach Elohim Foundation has become a safe space for countless abandoned babies and struggling mothers. Their unwavering commitment to rescuing and protecting these vulnerable lives is truly inspiring. The emotional impact of their work is immeasurable, as they transform heart-wrenching circumstances into stories of love, care and new beginnings. With the support of RealPay and other compassionate partners, the Ruach Elohim Foundation’s reach expands, enabling them to touch the lives of even more vulnerable infants and mothers in need. Young Heroes
ESWATINI
Young Heroes (YH), an NGO dedicated to supporting orphaned and vulnerable children in Mbabane, Eswatini, supports the operations of a Neighbourhood Care Point (NCP) for orphaned children. Among the services they provide, the organisation supports community members of Siphocosini Inkhundla to run a crucial soup kitchen, ensuring the children receive nutritious meals and essential care. RealPay partnered with Young Heroes to transform the NCP, funding the construction of a new structure and providing a safe and nurturing space for the children. We have also supported sustainable initiatives like soybean farming, and donated school uniforms for individual beneficiaries. The successful collaboration between the Young Heroes and RealPay exemplifies the transformative power of corporate social responsibility. Through support and dedication, we have created a brighter and more hopeful future for the vulnerable children in Mbabane. As the partnership continues, RealPay remains committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of these young heroes and contributing to the betterment of the community. Our ongoing association with Young Heroes stands as a testament to the positive change that can be achieved when organisations come together towards a shared purpose.
I am Special Education Society
BOTSWANA
RealPay Management decided to adopt the I am Special Education Society based in Tlokweng, Gaborone as our flagship CSI project in Botswana. The centre offers educational services to children with a wide range of special needs and includes students with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, mild to severe mental challenges and other developmental delays. The centre currently provides services to 25 day students, for many of which the daily commute to attend lessons is a challenge. RealPay has agreed to assist the school with an infrastructure and learning material upgrade in line with the school’s most urgent needs. We value the communities where we play an active role, especially the youth. As such, we are proud to be working together with a learning centre investing in the future of learners with special needs.
