Dear Real Pay User

Real Pay is happy to announce that we have officially launched in Lesotho, and we are proud to offer Users a Real-Time Debit Order service on FNB bank accounts with selective tracking options. Real-Time Debit Orders enable Users to collect funds early morning in real time, and also offer an option to intervene manually. Users are able to submit collections transactions over a period of days with the advantage of their account holders not being charged any unpaid fees.

With this exciting extension, Real Pay is increasing our footprint of being “Africa’s preferred payments solution”.

We would like to thank all Users for providing requested authorities to debit (mandates) and making compliance a priority. Please direct any queries to compliance@realpay.co.za

New digital billboard in Swaziland

Real Pay is a technology-driven company; therefore, we are thrilled to inform our Users of the newly-erected digital billboard on one of the busiest intersections on Sozisa Road, Mbabane, Swaziland.

Social media

Real Pay is excited to inform our valued clients and Users of our presence on social media, specifically Facebook and LinkedIn. We would like to encourage you to like, follow and share Real Pay’s Facebook and LinkedIn handles.

Login credentials

Users are discouraged from sharing accounts, mainly because you cannot assign responsibility or blame if the account is subsequently misused. Nominated representatives within our merchants are urged to contact Mncedisi Dlamini for more details or if you would like to apply for individual login credentials for your staff members.

Merchants are also encouraged to make it a priority to request cancellation of Users who are no longer in use or if a staff member has left your employ. This will reduce your monthly invoice amount and will also limit misuse from former employees.

Should you forget your password, you are more than welcome to e-mail the Real Pay Support Team atinfo@realpay.co.za. Users are advised that only e-mail requests will be accepted to reset passwords. For security reasons, NO phone calls or any other means of communication will be accepted.

Pay dates training / System training

All training sessions still remain free of charge to our Users. This is to ensure an increase in our clients’ successful transactions. Users are encouraged to contact Mncedisi Dlamini to schedule the necessary training sessions. Real Pay now issues certificates of completion to candidates after undergoing a pay dates training session.

Please contact info@realpay.co.za or your relationship manager, should you have any queries.
