Liezl started her career with Real Pay in 2015 after obtaining her BCom(Hons) Human Resource Management degree from North-West University. She leads the Human Resource Department through strategic initiatives that improve performance and employee engagement to ensure a higher performing organisation. Liezl also supports the directors with a unique HR perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organisation’s greatest asset.

She is responsible for all recruitment, performance development, labour law concerns, employee orientation and relation, development and training, policies and procedures, and compensation and benefit administration.
