RealPay TAP offers net daily settlements; therefore, the amounts owed to you is settled daily after the service fee has been deducted. The amounts are paid into your settlement account, which is the bank account information you supplied during the sign-up process.
We will settle your funds within 24 to 48 hours depending on your bank.

Download the RealPay Tap on Phone app from the Google Play Store and follow the instructions. The app is currently compatible with Android devices version 11.0 and above. Your mobile phone must be NFC enabled. Check the settings on your phone to see if it has NFC capability.
Enter the amount to be paid for the goods and/or services and click next. Let the customer slide their card (chip side facing the phone) slowly down the back of the phone. Once you hear the beep, you will have successfully identified the NFC sweet spot, and the transaction will be processed.
