Online Platform New Look-and-Feel
As previously mentioned in various communique, the new look-and-feel of our User interface is now live and accessible.
Users will have access to both platforms when logging in, with the option to either use the new version or the current version for a limited period of time.

Compliance Corner
All transactions must be accompanied by a duly signed mandate by the account holder.
This is the only means of verification by the bank and/or other related regulatory authorities to confirm consent and authorisation by the account holder. We highlight that all mandate requests as received from the bank must be provided by 14:00 on the second business day of each month. The bank’s automated system works on a 15:00 cut-off time; therefore, mandates provided after the cut-off time are declined and can lead to a reversal of funds.
