Jaco Conradie – Support Manager

Jaco joined RealPay in 2015, equipped with three years of experience in the IT and microfinance industries. He completed a diploma in IT Engineering in 2012 and obtained a Management Certificate from the prestigious Stellenbosch Business School. 

As Support Manager, Jaco leads RealPay’s Support Department with a unique blend of technical expertise and deep industry knowledge in payments and IT. He plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of RealPay’s systems while maintaining a high standard of client service. In addition to his leadership in support operations, Jaco is also responsible for overseeing RealPay’s internal IT infrastructure. 

His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes him a key contributor to RealPay’s success.
