Rozaan is a PASA-certified compliance professional with a BCom degree in Human Resource Management from North-West University complemented by specialised programmes in Banking and Risk Management (University of South Africa), and Regulation in Digital Finance (Digital Frontiers Institute).
As Compliance and Risk Manager at RealPay, she leads the Compliance Team and oversees enterprise risk monitoring across payments systems, customers, and transactions. Her remit includes regulatory engagement, policy and control design, AML/CFT and sanctions oversight, and operational assurance. With a strong background in compliance, risk management, regulatory processes, and operational oversight, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
