Real Pay – Exciting Capitec Pay Update

The adoption of Capitec Pay as an innovative payments method has been phenomenal, and we continueto see monthly exponential growth as it is embedded by our valued clients. We are excited to share someenhancements regarding the client journey and reporting, which we trust will further increase adoptionand success.
 
Client Journey 

Effective from 7 May 2023,Capitec app users will be directed automatically to the payment confi rmationscreen after logging into the banking app during the payment process.

Should the user already be signed in, they must click on “Transact”, followed by “Capitec Pay”, as perthe current process. This will increase the eff ectivity and immediacy of the payment, which will furtherenhance conversion rates on Capitec Pay.

Real Pay Dashboard Update 

Merchants familiar with our advanced reporting on some of our other products can now also enjoy thedashboard functionality on the Capitec Pay platform, which can be found under the main menu optionwhen logging into the OMNI site.
 For businesses that have not yet adopted Capitec Pay , we strongly suggest that you contact us formore details on how to get on board and implement Capitec Pay as part of your payments off eringto clients.
