We are excited to share someenhancements regarding the client journey and reporting, which we trust will further increase adoptionand success. Client Journey Effective from 7 May 2023,Capitec app users will be directed automatically to the payment confi rmationscreen after logging into the banking app during the payment process. Should the user already be signed in, they must click on “Transact”, followed by “Capitec Pay”, as perthe current process. This will increase the eff ectivity and immediacy of the payment, which will furtherenhance conversion rates on Capitec Pay.
