| This notice serves to inform Real Pay Users that the annual pricing review for 2023/2024 has been concluded and will be implemented from 1 March 2023. The annual access and usage increase will reflect on the March 2023 invoice; issued in April. Pricing reviews are influenced by general inflationary trends, exchange rate and cost increases throughout the value chain. Real Pay remains committed to containing costs and to minimise price increases as far as possible to support you, our valued customer. To this end, pricing is differentiated and increases are not applicable to all lines. Where increases took effect, Real Pay endeavoured to contain these in line with value chain increases.
