With the year drawing to a close, we reflect on our achievements in the payments industry in 2021.
Important payments regulatory changes will make 2021 a year to remember. The journey to adapt and successfully implement these changes, with strict key compliance dates in mind, has been interesting and challenging at times with no compliance milestone dates missed.
Real Pay, together with industry and our valued clients, has been part of the successful implementation of these new payment streams of which we are proud to be the first movers and industry leaders, particularly in Namibia with the go live of EnDO and DebiCheck in South Africa.

Excellence is part of our values and value offering to our Users, and at the heart of it all is our dedication to providing outstanding customer experience.

Batch Upload and Bulk Update Cut-off Date
Please note that the December cut-off date for batch submissions and bulk edits is Friday, 10 December 2021. Please ensure that all batch and bulk editing instructions reach us at batch@realpay.co.za no later than 12:00 on 10 December 2021, to ensure correct and timely submissions.
We strongly remind our Users to verify via Real Pay reporting that a bulk change or batch submission has been amended or loaded correctly.
Real Pay will not be held responsible or accountable for any non or erroneous submission of any batch files or bulk edits. Please get in touch with info@realpay.co.za should you have any further questions.
MTN Mobile Money
We are excited to announce that we are in the final testing phase of our MTN Mobile Money product.
This product will enable Users to collect from (phase 1) and disburse to (phase 2) any “MoMo” account.
Users will be notified once final testing has been done and are urged to keep an eye out for exciting launch specials.
We remind our Users that our support team is on standby throughout the festive season.
