Product of the Month: Debit Card Solution
Real Pay recently launched an exciting new debit card solution in South Africa. This product allows our Users to collect funds from any Visa or Mastercard, and collections can be once off or recurring.
One of the many benefits of the product is that Users are now able to optimise their collections results with multiple presentments per transaction. This will lead to more successful collections ratios and an unprecedented flexibility on the presentment of that card payment.

Online Platform New Look-and-Feel
As previously mentioned in various communique, the new look-and-feel of our User interface is now live and accessible.
Users will have access to both platforms when logging in, with the option to either use the new version or the current version for a limited period of time.

As mentioned previously, the closure of the AEDO and NAEDO PCH PGs is scheduled for mid-2022 (June).
All DebiCheck transactions must be accompanied by a duly signed mandate. This remains an important measure should a transaction be disputed. Interbank processing of disputes will be discontinued from June 2022 as per the PASA and DebiCheck toolkit communication. Find the toolkit link here.
